There is a special silence in my studio today, broken by the clicks of the assembly tape and my voice. I'm recording a new master class for the Flower Course, and to be honest, it's going to be something special.
Meet Protea, the new star of learning and my personal love. Looking at its petals, I once again catch myself thinking: my passion for exotics is incurable.
There is some wild, primordial magic hidden in tropical plants. They're not trying to be "just nice." They make themselves known by their shape, color and incredible architecture, which was created by nature itself.

Why exotic?
I've never been drawn to the simple and obvious. Roses and peonies are beautiful, but I've always needed a challenge. I call it the "exotic genre."
It's a real thrill for me to unravel the shapes and details of an unusual plant, to understand how the stem bends and how the petals overlap, and then... repeat all this in wax. It is an intellectual work that turns into a visual delight. This is a challenge to mastery, which in the end gives incredible beauty.
OVVAGE Tropical Garden
Today, the "Flower Course" is no longer just an education, it is a full—fledged botanical garden, frozen in wax. Each plant in it is a separate technique and a unique story.
Magnolia is an ancient wisdom and tenderness.
Magnolia is the soul of my brand. The most aristocratic flower that has seen the dawn of civilizations and preserved its pristine purity. In the candle, it comes to life through the porcelain transparency of the petals and the thinnest pink veins.
It is a symbol of awakening, when a miracle blossoms on a seemingly dry branch. The magnolia tree in the wax looks so fragile that it seems as if it is trembling with your breath. She is for those who appreciate depth, tradition and quiet, confident femininity.

An orchid is a perfect ideal.
The orchid is a perfectionist in the world of floristry. There is nothing superfluous in it, only absolute symmetry and flying grace. In our performance, the orchid becomes the central art object: its petals resemble the wings of a white butterfly frozen in the moment.
My assistants and I strive for hyperrealism in every detail — from the delicate core to the elastic green buds. This candle is about luxury, about the aesthetics of "quiet wealth" and the ability to see perfection in detail.

Anthurium is a glossy passion and audacity.
If magnolia is a whisper, then anthurium is a bold statement. It's impossible not to notice him. The glossy, almost varnished luster of the "fiery heart" and the textured cob create an image of incredible power.
In the candle, the anthurium looks like an exotic treasure just brought from the humid jungle. Its architecture is a challenge to craftsmanship. It is for the bold, the bright, for those who are not afraid of their energy and like to surround themselves with truly spectacular things.

Bonsai is the philosophy of eternity.
Bonsai in wax is the ultimate in candle art. Here we work not only with the tenderness of the petals, but also with the character of the bark and the curved trunk. It is a miniature tree that carries the energy of peace and resilience.
Creating such a bonsai is a real meditation. Every crack in the "wood", every bend of the branch tells a story about time and patience. This candle is an ideal companion for reflection, a symbol of wisdom and inner core.

I used to create a Strelitzia to order. It was then that I finally became convinced: the more unusual the shape, the more it catches the heart. Such products are no longer just candles. This is a real art that you want to look at for hours, studying every curve.
