I've been living with a slight sense of anxiety lately. I looked at the calendar, saw how it was getting warmer outside, and realized that the name of my "Winter Course" was starting to lose relevance. The thought was throbbing in my head: "Does everything that the team and I have created have to wait for next December?"
I was worried. It seemed to me that the word "Winter" limited the enormous depth that I had put into training. But then I picked up the candlesticks, looked at the textures, and thought about the next candles on the course... and it dawned on me.
These candles go much deeper than just winter and New Year's motifs. They're out of season. They're about eternity.

When girls come to me who only dream of making candles, I often hear the same fear: "What if this is a seasonal business? What if no one needs candles in the summer?"Or another query is mass market fatigue. Now the market is full of identical aromatic jars. They're cute, but they don't have a "wow effect." The creative streak within us demands something more - meaning, originality, uniqueness. The kind of product you look at and think, "This can't be happening! How did she do that?!"
